SanDisk uses a three-part model numbering system in the format SDSQXH9-128G-GZ6MA. Even though 60 Mbps isn’t “high” by 2026 standards, it is still fast enough to choke a cheap, generic card. If the card writes too slowly, the camera’s internal buffer fills up, and recording stops.

A common source of confusion is the difference between Mb/s (Megabits) and MB/s (Megabytes).
- Video Bitrate is measured in Megabits (Mbps). The AKASO uses 60 Mbps.
- Card Speed is measured in Megabytes (MB/s).

i just got the ek7000 pro and bought sandisk extreme pro 64gb v30 U3 A2 SDXC card. i have tried formatting the card to fat32 and let the camera format the card and reset the settings of the camera. Still im not able to select 1080 60fps, highest i can go is 1080 30fps setting and 720 60fps. I can not select 4K , is there any solution for this?

hi, so between sandisk ultra, extreme and extreme pro. which is better for the ek7000 pro? im getting one.
If it was me, I’d go for the Extreme. The Extreme Pro will work but is overkill–you’d be paying more for a higher-spec card that won’t give you any benefit in the camera. The Ultra will probably work fine, but is not as safe a bet as the Extreme for the higher-end video modes.
How long can I record with a 64GB card without having to reformat?
