Here’s a collection of sample images I’ve taken with a Leica X-U under different conditions and at different settings to give a sense of how it performs in real-world shooting conditions.
I’ve posted a detailed hands-on review of shooting with the Leica X-U separately, but the short version is that it’s an unusual Leica in that it’s waterproof, with a rating down to 20 meters (49 feet). It has a fixed Summilux 23mm f/1.7 ASPH lens. It also has an unusually large sensor for a small waterproof camera: a 16.2MP APS-C CMOS sensor (23.6 x 15.7 mm).
